Body by Science is a pretty good book for anyone looking for a good exercise routine. The routine itself is pretty easy, but the book explains why modern wisdom about how to work-out is incorrect. Hi this is to let everyone know that on 6/2/09 Mr. Leisure was promoted to eigth dan. by the Bushi Kai Internatonial, so now students may be ranked up to seventh dan.
